Return your product within 30 days after you received your item and we would be happy to offer you a refund. Refunds are issued within 7-business days of receipt.
For your return to be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, with manual, cards and extra replacement blade intact. It must also be in the original packaging. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Customer will bear the charges for the return. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Orders that are placed via Amazon must be shipped back to Amazon. Orders placed through EasyLint.com must email us for an RMA. For order return inquiries, please fill out the contact form.
Every order placed on through Easylint.com as well as on Amazon receive a lifetime warranty. Lifetime warranty does not cover accidental damage. Proof of the defects in videos or images is required.
All claims require you to diagnoses the defect yourself. For example; if you claim the adapter or the unit is faulty, have you tried batteries? Other ways to diagnose your unit is to clean it out and replace the blade. We can only guide you via email but we can’t diagnose the problem for you. Only after you have diagnosed the issue, contact us for a warranty claim.
Blades are a consumable item and they do not fall under warranty. Replacement blades are sold on Amazon and this web site.
Upon purchase of your order, you will be given up to 24 hours to cancel your order. We will provide you a full refund unconditionally if you cancel your order within 24 hours. However, because we may ship your order the same day, you will have to wait for your parcel to arrive before you can return it to us.
Shipping: Should the item be damaged during transit, send us an email with proof (attached pictures/videos). Proof of the damage in videos / images is required. We will use the videos / images to assess the damage accordingly and provide you with the relevant options available to you. In most cases, we will provide you with a replacement of the damaged good.
Using: EasyLint is only to be used on clothing or furniture. For delicate fabrics, test on a small surface before use as we’re not liable for any damage caused by EasyLint. Only use as directed.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment. The processing time might differ, depending on your payment merchant but it should take a couple of days.
If you have not received a refund after a week has gone by, please check your bank account again. You should also contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is fully processed.
